Services - Community Care

ADA Cottage operates services under the Community Aged Care Program (CACP). We provide clients with a comprehensive range of services in their homes.

Community Aged Care Packages provide an alternative to residential care and allow people who would otherwise be eligible for low level residential care to remain in their own home and community.

We recognize that people wish to remain in their homes for as long as possible but may find it difficult without assistance.

To access Community Care

You need to be assessed by your local Aged Care Assessment Team to enter Residential Aged Care or Community Aged Care. These services are usually located at your largest local Hospital or by contacting them on 1800 052 222 for further information.
